A minimalist side chair of chrome-plated and enameled steel with a molded leather sling seat, made to pair industrial materials and machine-age precision with human comfort.
The slender chrome legs and cross-braced frame make the leather seat read like a taut, warm ribbon suspended in space, giving the chair a poised, architectural lightness.
A 1950s exemplar of modernist design, it helped define a new vocabulary of stripped-down, factory-friendly furniture that celebrates material honesty and economical construction.
