A letterpress proof in which Georg Trump strips a page down to an enormous black field interrupted only by a small typed label near the lower edge, experimenting with how placement and contrast define meaning.
What strikes you is the vast, velvety blackness that dominates the sheet and the surprising precision of a single narrow band of German type set low on the page, turning absence into a dramatic compositional element.
